Welcome to CleanCan Solutions. By using our website or requesting services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

CleanCan Solutions provides residential trash can cleaning and pressure washing services in Woodbridge, Virginia, and surrounding areas. Services may include pressure washing, sanitizing, deodorizing, bacteria removal, grime removal, and other cleaning services we may offer now or in the future.

All services are subject to scheduling availability.


2. Service Requests

Submitting a request through our website, by phone, text message, or email does not guarantee an appointment.

Appointments are confirmed only after we contact you to verify scheduling, pricing, and service details.


3. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price confirmed when your appointment is scheduled will be honored for that appointment.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Additional trash cans
  • Excessive buildup or contamination
  • Hazardous or unusually difficult cleaning conditions
  • Special service requests

Any additional charges will be discussed with you before work begins.


4. Subscription Plans

Our Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly cleaning plans are recurring service plans offered at discounted pricing.

To prevent abuse of discounted subscription pricing, all subscription plans require a minimum of two (2) completed service visits before cancellation.

If a customer cancels before receiving two completed service visits, CleanCan Solutions reserves the right to charge the difference between the discounted subscription price received and the standard one-time cleaning rate.

Subscriptions may not be paused.

Subscription pricing may be adjusted in the future with reasonable advance notice.

If your trash cans are available and accessible on your scheduled service date but you choose to skip service, that scheduled visit may still count toward your subscription schedule. If service cannot be completed because the cans are inaccessible or a reschedule is approved, the visit will not count.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel recurring service after satisfying the two-service minimum.

We ask that appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

No compensation or discounts will be provided for weather-related rescheduling.


6. Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours after completion of service.

We currently accept payment through approved methods, which may include:

  • Cash
  • Zelle
  • Cash App

Failure to pay may result in suspension or permanent refusal of future services.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information.
  • Ensuring trash cans are empty and reasonably accessible on the scheduled service date.
  • Removing obstacles that may prevent safe completion of service.
  • Securing pets or other hazards before our arrival.

If service cannot be completed because trash cans are inaccessible, locked behind a gate, blocked by vehicles or other obstacles, or because aggressive animals prevent safe access, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.


8. Hazardous Materials

CleanCan Solutions reserves the right to refuse or modify service if trash cans contain hazardous or unsafe materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals
  • Paint
  • Medical waste
  • Sharps or needles
  • Dead animals
  • Human waste
  • Biohazardous materials
  • Any material considered unsafe by our technician

Additional charges may apply for unusually contaminated trash cans that can be cleaned safely.


9. Property Condition & Liability

Customers are responsible for ensuring trash cans are structurally sound before service.

CleanCan Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing cracks, brittle plastic, defective wheels, damaged lids, or normal wear and tear.

If damage is caused directly by our negligence, we will work with the customer to repair or reasonably compensate for the damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Can Solutions’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


10. Satisfaction & Refunds

Because cleaning services are completed immediately upon performance, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not guaranteed.

If you believe there was a problem with the quality of your service, please contact us promptly so we have an opportunity to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


11. Right to Refuse Service

CleanCan Solutions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Hazardous materials
  • Aggressive animals
  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Illegal activity
  • Non-payment
  • Any situation that places our technician, equipment, or property at unreasonable risk

12. Photos

By using our services, you grant CleanCan Solutions permission to take photographs of trash cans before and after service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to include personally identifiable information such as addresses, license plates, or individuals in these photographs.


13. Communications

By submitting a service request, you consent to receive communications from CleanCan Solutions regarding your requested services.

Initial contact will generally be made by email. Additional communication may occur by phone or text if necessary to schedule or complete your requested service.


14. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
  • Use our website for unlawful purposes.

15. Changes to These Terms

CleanCan Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting.
