Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about how the service works. Can't find your answer? Reach out through the contact form and I'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Trash bins build up bacteria, odor, and residue over time, even with bags. That buildup is exactly what attracts bugs and pests to your property — a regular cleaning keeps it from ever getting to that point.
No. I use biodegradable, eco-friendly products that are safe for your family, pets, and yard when used as directed.
You can — most people are physically able to. It's just messy, smelly, and time-consuming, which is exactly why most people don't want to do it more than once. Having it done for you saves the time and the mess, and my equipment gets bins cleaner and more sanitized than a quick DIY hose rinse would.
I'm based out of Dale City, VA (22193), and Woodbridge/Dale City and the core surrounding areas are covered with no travel fee. A modest travel fee applies further out — Outer Woodbridge, Dumfries, Lorton, and Central Manassas, and a bit more for West Manassas, Gainesville, Fairfax, and Stafford. Your estimated fee (if any) is shown automatically when you request a quote. Fees & Total will be confirmed and discussed prior of service.
Head to the Services page and choose One-Time Clean for a single deep clean, or Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Quarterly for a recurring plan. Fill out the quick request form and I'll follow up by email within 48 hours to confirm scheduling and your final quote.
Just leave your bins out at the curb on your scheduled trash collection day. I'll arrive, thoroughly clean and sanitize them by hand using my own equipment, and leave them looking and smelling fresh.
Yes — I'll need access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard outdoor electrical outlet to power my equipment.
I can still clean your bins in light rain. In severe weather, heavy downpours, or lightning, I'll pause operations for safety. If I have to miss your scheduled day due to weather, I'll contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available clear day.
My process eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, grime, and foul odors, and your bins will be completely sanitized and look vastly better. That said, certain permanent stains — like set-in oil, dried paint, or deep plastic discoloration — may not completely disappear.
For one-time cleans, payment is due upon completion of the service. For recurring plans (Monthly, Bi-Weekly, Quarterly), billing is handled automatically. I accept Cash App, PayPal, and in-person cash payments.
Yes — I take before-and-after photos of your bins for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. I make reasonable efforts to keep personal details like your address or any people out of these photos.
I reserve the right to refuse or modify service if a bin contains hazardous or unsafe materials — things like chemicals, paint, medical waste, sharps, or biohazardous material. Unusually contaminated bins that can still be cleaned safely may carry an additional charge, which I'll always discuss with you first.
They're all recurring plans at discounted pricing, just at different frequencies. Bi-Weekly is the most frequent option, great for busy households; Monthly is the most popular, balanced option; Quarterly is a lighter, seasonal-maintenance schedule. Each has its own minimum commitment before you can cancel, shown when you request a quote.
If your bins are out and accessible on your scheduled date but you choose to skip service, that visit still counts toward your plan. If service can't happen because the bins were inaccessible, or an approved reschedule was granted, it won't count against you.
