Why would I want my trash bin cleaned?
Trash bins build up bacteria, odor, and residue over time, even with bags. These things attract bugs/pests.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
No, I use biodegradable, eco-friendly products that are safe when properly used.
Can't I just clean it myself?
You can. Most people can, it’s just messy and time-consuming. Me doing it for you saves you the time, and the mess. Most people don’t want to do it more than once. I also get it cleaner and more sanitized than say a quick DIY rinse.
What should I do on my service day?
Leave your bins out at the curb on your scheduled trash collection day. I will arrive, thoroughly clean and sanitize them by hand using my equipment, and leave them looking and smelling fresh.
Do you need to use my electricity and water spigot?
Yes, I will need access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard outdoor electrical outlet to power my equipment. I bring my own professional, heavy-duty hoses and extensions cords, so you don't need to provide anything else!
How and when do I pay for the service?
For one-time cleans, payment is due upon completion of the service. For recurring plans (Monthly, Bi-Weekly, Quarterly), billing is processed automatically. I accept Cash App, Zelle, and In-Person payments with cash.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?
I can still clean your bins in light rain. However, if there is severe weather, heavy downpours, or lightning, I will pause operations for safety. If I have to miss your scheduled day due to the weather, I will contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available clear day.
Will my bins look brand new? What about tough stains?
My process thoroughly eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, grime, and foul odors. While your bins will be completely sanitized and look vastly better, please note that certain permanent stains—like set-in oil, dried paint, or deep plastic discoloration—may not completely disappear.
Is there a contract/commitment?
One-Time cleans have zero commitment. For our recurring plans (Monthly, Bi-Weekly, Quarterly), you can manage or pause your service at any time after the initial minimum cycles are met.
